dry place. For short-term storage (few weeks), the kitchen counter is fine. For longer-term, I'd
keep it out of the sun.

Carrots are a little less than before, as this bed coming out contains large, full-grown carrots.

The onions are a new variety. They have good storage qualities and are cured.

Cabbage heads are more variable, with some smaller heads. We'll deliver 3-4 lbs cabbage for
each 'head' ordered.

Potatoes are a new variety this week. They are yellow skinned and yellow fleshed. They are
called 'Carola'. They are also a smaller potato. They are great with the tender and slightly
sweet cabbage.

The cabbage, in fact, is called 'Tendersweet'. It is a small to medium flattened cabbage that is
delicate and tasty. We don't mind eating it as a salad cabbage, although prefer it with smashed
potatoes and butter/cream/salt/pepper.
