Combine 1 sprig mint with 1 cup sugar; let sit for 48 hours in a closed container (ziplock bag
or plastic bowl with a tight-fitting lid). Remove mint, and discard. The sugar will absorb and
keep the flavor of the mint.
Use it for rimming mojito or mint julep glasses, sprinkle on top of your favorite cookie or
bread recipe before baking, or add to your coffee or tea. Yum!
